1. Colour magic Program is valid for all registered paint applicators during the Schine period
2. All enrolled members are eligible to earn points
3. Colour magic app reserves the right to extend or shorten the program duration, and shall notify participants about any such change well in advance.
4. All members enrolled in this program are required to strictly keep their app login credentials confidential. All enrolled members must follow this strictly and should not indulge in any practice contravening it directly or indirectly.
5. Membership is non-transferable and subject to present and future program rules.
6. Enrolment becomes effective when a new member enrolls in the colour magic Program and upon acceptance of these terms & conditions. And accepted by admin
7. We reserves the right to withdraw/ discontinue/ terminate any individual’s membership in colour magic Program. Upon membership termination, all Points accrued in the colour magic Rewards Account shall become invalid immediately and the membership gets closed.

18. We reserves the right to extend or reduce the Program period, a separate communication would be sent in this regard if colour magic deems the same necessary.
